This portal is for new warranty submissions only. We also offer additional maintenance and service options for non - warranty work.
Every new home built and sold by Frankel Design Build, includes a new home warranty through the ACES program.
Frankel Warranties Include
• For a period of one year, the workmanship and materials shall be free of construction defects.
• For a period of two years, the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning delivery
systems shall be free of construction defects.
• For a period of ten years, the major structural components of the home shall be
free of construction defects.
*This is a high-level summary of express warranties generally offered by Frankel Design Build to new home construction clients and is provided for convenience purposes only. For the particular terms and conditions of warranties available, clients should refer to their signed agreement with Frankel Design Build exclusively, which is fully inclusive of all representations and express warranties made by Frankel Design Build.
